This paper proposes The Use of KPI in Group Decision Support System Model ICT Projects Evaluation at Local Government Agency Indonesia. study is a part the attempt to improve local government performance Indonesia, especially for Agencies (SKPD) involved (SPK), which should be optimized through Information Technology. Different from prior research, this we try describe how determine an project agency and applicable evaluation model. Generally, will discuss make indicator, so that output product can result expected outcome, benefit, impact. Furthermore, it explained regard (GDSS) model by considering legislation aspect, facilitates decision makers such as: Institution Executives, Managers Unit, Business Process Owner Society represented Regional House Representative, give assessment or upon implementation Agency.
