ABSTRACT
Tracking the optimal speed profile in electric train operation has been proposed as a potential solution for reducing energy consumption operation, at no cost to improve infrastructure of existing Metro lines well. However, needs meet fixed running time. Therefore, this paper focuses on new method determining time complied with scheduled timetable when trains track profile. The novel ensure is numerical-analytical one. Calculating accelerating ta, coasting tc, braking tb via values holding vh, vb constraint condition: equal demand other hands, vh and are determined by solving nonlinear equations conditions. Additionally, changing suit each stage metro or starting conduct schedules quite easy. Simulation results obtained two scenarios data collected from electrified Cat Linh-Ha Dong line, Vietnam show that timetables, saving tracking entire route up 8.7%, if one second longer than original time, about 11.96%.
