ABSTRACT
<span>In the modern world, consumption of oil, coal natural gas, and nuclear energy has been causing by a serious environmental problem an ongoing crisis. The generation renewable sources (RESs) such as solar wind tidal, can resolve but nature RESs is fluctuating intermitted. This evolution brings lot challenges in management electrical grids. paper reviewed advancements storage technologies for development smart grid (SG). More attention was paid to classification based on form discharge duration. evaluation criteria have carried out technological dimensions capacity, efficiency, response time, density, power economic dimension input cost benefit; emission stress ecosystem, social demission job creation acceptance were also presented this paper.</span>
