ABSTRACT
We measured and compared the levels of plasma soluble (s) P-selectin, sCD40L, platelet-derived microparticles (PDMP), monocyte-derived (MDMP), anti-oxidized LDL antibody, to obtain a better understanding their potential contribution vascular complications in acute coronary syndrome (ACS). The concentrations sP-selectin, PDMP, MDMP ACS patients were significantly higher than those normal controls with stable angina. When these markers differences concentration all high level antibody. Next, monocytic cell line (THP-1) was incubated shear stress-induced platelet aggregates PDMP. After incubation,THP-1 cells generated tissue factor-expressing MDMPs. This finding particularly significant presence oxidized LDL. These findings suggest that elevated MDMPs may be sign atherosclerotic development patients, who exhibit antibodies.
