ABSTRACT
Gastric diverticula are the most uncommon form of gastrointestinal diverticula. They can either be true or false type with different pathogenesis. may very challenging to diagnose as symptoms nonspecific and imaging simulate a malignant lesion. We report an unusual case pre-pyloric diverticulum in 69-year-old man, leading severe gastric obstruction poor general condition. As subsequent endoscopy were alarming couldn't exclude malignancy, patient underwent antrectomy. The final diagnosis was made on pathological examination. discuss, through this case, clinical features emphasis pathogenesis rare entity risk transformation.
