ABSTRACT
Cardiac papillary fibroelastoma is a rare, benign tumour, arising from the valvular endocardium, which could lead to life-threatening complications as myocardial ischemia. We report case of 54-year-old male patient who presented in emergency room with an acute coronary syndrome transient ST segment elevation. After ruling out artery disease by coronarography, we established diagnosis performing echocardiogram completed computed tomography angiography. The reversible has been caused prolapse pedunculated cusp tumour into main left ostium. was scheduled for emergent surgery. surgical management included complete resection sparing aortic valve. recovered well. A valve can be revealed More investigations must done eliminate such normal coronarography.
