Normal limits estimated as those that best correlated 140/90 mm Hg at clinic. Estimated 125/80 for (range: 122 128 77 83 Hg) 129/84 daytime 127 132 81 86) pressure, depending gender age. Ambulatory clinic pressures increased The age-dependent increase ABP similar women men. Average 124/79 physician 123/78 nurse. Nurse measurement 125/78 Hg, 121/77 118/74 Hg. self-measurement 119/77 Hg; nurse 118/77 121/78 115/72 115/73 This study shows average value are suitable upper normality. Higher would yield an artificially higher prevalence white coat hypertension. Most showed levels when personnel or home.
