ABSTRACT
The present results indicate that dietary protein tends to depress the atherogenic effect of cholesterol and fat. substitution heated oil for fresh depresses serum β-lipoprotein levels, but incidence atherosclerosis is at least as high with oil, indicating levels are not necessarily proportional degree experimental atherosclerosis.
