ABSTRACT
ulsed field ablation (PFA) is rapidly gaining importance in the of pulmonary vein isolation (PVI). 1 Initial data using PFA-capable multispline catheters suggests that PFA effective and safe for PVI. 2,3However, lack ability delivering individualized, focal lesions with different energy levels.Recently, a novel system (CENTAURI; Galvanize Therapeutics) was introduced enables monopolar biphasic commercially available, contact forcesensing, solid-tip their associated 3-dimensional mapping systems. 4The purpose this observational study to prospectively investigate feasibility safety point-by-point PFA-based PVI system. The support findings are available from corresponding author upon reasonable request.Thirty consecutive patients (40% women; mean age, 71±10 years; 37% paroxysmal atrial fibrillation) undergoing first-time were enrolled. The approved by Ethics Committee Hamburg (institutional TRUST registry: https:// www.clinicaltrials.gov;NCT05521451; 2020-10066-BO).All gave written informed consent.Procedures performed under analgosedation propofol fentanyl.Left access obtained double transseptal puncture modified fluoroscopy-guided Brockenbrough technique.Pulmonary veins (PVs) identified selective angiography.Preablation postablation high-density maps
