ABSTRACT
Automated urinalysis systems are valuable tools in clinical laboratories, especially those with a high work load. The objective of this study was to compare the analytical performance Sysmex UN series urine analyser, which may become new one our laboratory, Cobas 6500 automated is used laboratory for long time. For comparisons, manual microscopical examination accepted as reference method.A total 470 samples were tested two systems, and sediment testing microscopy applied 100 pathological 470. diagnostic analysers compared each other microscopy.Differences determined between some samples. resultant regression equations follows. Comparison U701 UF-5000: y = - 0.57 (- 0.85 0.29) + 0.95 (0.92 0.99) x RBC, 0.11 0.54 0.89 (0.84 0.98) WBC; comparison microscopy: 0.45 0.21) 1.00 1.07) UF-5000 0.74 1.09 0.57) 0.87 (0.85 0.91) WBC.We can conclude that analyser be safely laboratory. Although results showed good moderate concordance, platforms should confirmed by microscopy, particularly
