ABSTRACT
Abstract Burnout is a common syndrome among teachers across the globe in recent two decades. Although teacher burnout may be related to years of teaching experiences and emotional labor (surface acting, deep expression naturally felt emotions), there no consensus on mechanisms how experience affects burnout. Thus, study aims examine are associated with By surveying 417 China, finds that negative emotions, while positively surface acting. Moreover, further analysis suggests acting emotions mediating roles relationship between respectively.
