ABSTRACT
Panama forms part of the Central American biodiversity hotspot, one most important hotspots in world. While plants are relatively well studied Panama, documentation fungal diversity is still a pioneer phase. In this publication, four species Agaricomycetes recently collected described as new to science, two Agaricales, namely Gliophorus roseus and Humidicutis roseorubra, lichenised Cantharellales, called Multiclavula caput-serpentis, Gomphales, Gloeocantharellus salmonicolor. These illustrated. Their phylogenetic affinities discussed based on morphological characters molecular phylogenies. Further six which have not been reported from before, presented records for country, along with data their morphology, ecology taxonomy.
