ABSTRACT
Crepidotus herbaceus and C. ulmicola, found on herbaceous plants bark, respectively, are described as new species. A remarkably minute, white, tomentose pileus broadly ellipsoid to ellipsoid, almost smooth or finely ornamented basidiospores distinguish the two species from other members of Crepidotus. The habitats (on bark Ulmus trees leaves stems living plants) unusual in this nearly saprophytic fungal genus. Bayesian Inference (BI) Maximum Likelihood (ML) analyses based ITS rDNA confirmed distinctiveness these Full descriptions, scanning electron micrographs basidiospores, morphological illustrations provided.
