ABSTRACT
The Ambrysus guttatipennis Stål species complex is revised and includes A. arizonus La Rivers, bispinus drakei Stål, mexicanus Montandon, mormon Montandon. Six new that belong to this are described from Mexico: ayoyolin n. sp., bowlesi contrerasi itsipatsari noveloi veracruzanus sp. subspecies australis m. heidemanni minor Rivers proposed as junior synonyms of A supplemental redescription based on the holotype provided a lectotype Montandon designated. newly recorded Mexico Guatemala. Most in occur only Mexico, although distributed United States, has widest distribution any complex. Features uniting these related male genitalia structures associated with female genitalia.
