ABSTRACT
A new species of sebid amphipod, Seba marianaensis sp. nov., is described from the Shinkai Seep Field, Mariana Trench, at a depth 5689–5683 m. nov. most similar to bathybia; however, it differs S. bathybia by setation mandibular palp and uropod 3 ramus shape gnathopod 1 coxa. This first record Sebidae Trench.
