Background: The caesarean section rate remains relatively high in the surgical maternity hospitals Dakar and indications for scarred uterus are still high. management of induced prematurity maternal pathologies poses real problems Dakar. aim our study is to compare Caesarean different facilities We used ROBSON's classification evaluate Methods: This was a descriptive analytical prospective which took place from January 1<sup>st</sup> December 31<sup>st</sup> 2019 10 (University hospital Aristide Le Dantec, National Hospital Center Pikine, Municipal Abass NDAO, Principal Dakar, Youssou Mbargane DIOP Rufisque, Ouakam Military Hospital, Grand Yoff General Gaspard Kamara Health Center, Nabil Choucair Roi Baudoin Center) included all patients who delivered by section.
