ABSTRACT
Nowadays, due to the high demand for quality software, challenges facing by developers meet user expectations are increased from time time. Usability, a attribute related efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of end users system has been recognized as one significant issue in software development. However, its abstract characteristic which human behavior, usability requirements always being ignored during development process especially early stage requirement elicitation. As result, it increases cost solving problems affects final products. Therefore this paper, we present proposal develop pattern-based elicitation specification method using ontology boilerplates. The main contribution proposed work is provide guidance help engineer elicit select necessary features knowledge repository specifying them boilerplate template. Accordingly, set consistent, complete unambiguous specifications produced.
