ABSTRACT
The best way in which to prepare scaffolds with good biological properties is an urgent problem the field of tissue engineering. In this paper we discuss preparation nano-hydroxyapatite scaffold recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 (rhBMP-2) and its application defect repair. rhBMP-2 reagent was dissolved 1 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution, solution added artificial a 100 μ L glass micro dropper at rate 10 drops/min obtain Nano-HA/rhBMP-2 composite bone. vivo experiments, rabbits were fixed on operating table, 2 cm longitudinal incision made middle part radial forearm, radius cut wire saw periosteum, 2.5 away from distal radius. After washing wound normal saline, Adv-hBMP-2/MC3T3-E1 nano-HA bone, MC3T3-E1 nan-HA or Nano-HA implanted different groups. prepared study has stronger ability repair defects than alternatives, promising prospect for clinical treatment defects.
