ABSTRACT
We describe a sensitive and selective electrochemical immunosensor for the determination of PP65 phosphoprotein antigen. A screen-printed carbon electrode was modified with nanocomposite made from multiwalled nanotubes, graphene nanosheets, chitosan 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate. Gold nanoparticles were immobilized on incorporated into layers polymeric redox mediator thionine. Next, monoclonal antibodies against surface via an amine-gold interaction. Finally, horseradish peroxidase used to block remaining active sites gold act as enzyme in immunoassay. The decreased electrocatalytic reduction hydrogen peroxide by monitored differential pulse voltammetry. Under optimized conditions, voltammetry signal at typical working voltage 0.5 V increasing concentration 0.12 300 pg mL(-1), detection limit low 30 fg mL(-1) (at noise ratio 3). is highly specific acceptable precision, good stability repeatability.
