Adult intussusception has been described after various types of gastrointestinal surgery. In some instances there may be the jejunum into stomach via a stoma, rare complication known as jejunogastric (JGI). We present retrospective review two cases retrograde occurring years open Roux-en-Y gastric bypass (RYGB) for morbid obesity. To our knowledge have no documented reports JGI RYGB and only scattered reconstruction in general. Two following were identified English literature comprised three patients, one whom suffered intussusception. As number procedures continues to rise, we will likely see more this entity; it is therefore crucial that surgeons consider acute chronic cause abdominal pain patients who undergone RYGB.
