ABSTRACT
Basal cell carcinoma is the most common of cutaneous malignancies, accounting for 65 to 75% all skin cancers. The natural history this disease one chronic local invasion. Metastatic basal a rare clinical entity, with reported incidence only 0.0028 0.5%. Approximately 85% metastatic carcinomas arise in head and neck region. We present case that spread parotid gland man who had multiple lesions on his scalp face. also review literature neck, we discuss its epidemiology, etiology, histopathology, treatment.
