ABSTRACT
A frontal sinus cutaneous fistula (FSCF) is a rare and challenging condition. Remarkable advancements in endonasal endoscopic surgery (EES) have enabled the treatment paradigm for FSCF to gradually shift from open procedures ESS. Nevertheless, experience of EES post-trephination-related rare, especially patients with pronounced recess (FR) ossification. Here, we report an strategy successfully treating complete ipsilateral FR neo-osteogenesis. Through two surgical corridors created by modified mini-Lothrop procedure osteotomy window, established patent drainage pathway affected side opposite side. This may prevent potential orbital cranial base injuries affecting ossified region FR. Moreover, addition advantage aesthetic outcomes, allows single-stage facilitates debridement surveillance wound through postoperatively. In conclusion, this technique could be feasible FSCF, regardless severity
