ABSTRACT
Carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) has obtained the widespread use in significant basic parts owing to its excellent properties. Different methods including conventional PCD tool using dry machining (CPD), with CO 2 cryogenic cooling (CPC), and textured (TPC), were introduced investigated their effects on holes-making performance. Results demonstrated that average entrance diameter relative error of different spindle speeds CPC about 4001 4005.4 μm 0.025% 0.65%, respectively. Dimensional accuracy surface edge quality hole can be better improved by method. It was found method showed remarkable effect improving anti-adhesion tools than compared machining. Additionally, results indicated resulted fractures many pits inside wall CPD help improve inner quality.
