ABSTRACT
In order to analyze the transmission performance of face-gear in real working condition, a calculational approach for load equivalent error alignment has been investigated with purpose analyzing support system and tooth deformation drives. Then, equations contact path loaded analysis have established based on alignment. For bearing contact, curvatures pinion presented. Tooth bending developed using elasticity three-dimensional FEA. Loaded stress considered simulate meshing gear surfaces calculate evolution distribution, errors, stresses drive along cycle meshing. The performed research proves that proposed method can effectively solve characteristic problem drives system. results are illustrated numerical examples.
