The Effective Factors on the Rural Women Growing Rice (RWGR) Non-Participation in Extension-Education Programmes, Mazandaran, Iran

The experimental evidences show that RWGR of Mazandaran Province have fewer tendencies to participate in extension-education programs although they more than 50% the activities relating rice production. Therefore, study came design and implementation steps with goal identifying effective factors on participation programs. To do so, made a use multi-stage random sampling method which 300 were selected research process (n=300). instrumentation was semi-structured questionnaire validity reliability which, base experts’ views Alpha Cronbach Test (α=0.85) confirmed. findings showed half respondents (54.66% or 164) not participated With Factorial Analysis Technique, RWGR’s summarized 8 factors. explained 68% variance non-participation
