ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the social capital of prisoners and impact criminal behavior incarceration its formation mobilization. Emphasis is time-varying nature four attributes capital: strength connections, ability to mobilize them, endowment resources within these relationships, their context. The experience has potential alter in ways that reduce improve health justice outcomes. To offset this effect, an investment strategy recommended could have a positive prisoner’s prospects for successful reentry.
