ABSTRACT
Tacit knowledge is considered critical to the success of open innovation projects, yet little known about factors that promote or impede tacit sharing in such projects. This article uses exponential random graph modeling examine both and explicit two early-stage Results indicate autonomous motivation predicts sharing, suggesting managers need a team culture satisfies members’ needs for autonomy, competence, relatedness.
