The authors present a relatively simple autometallographical procedure for tnetal localization in biological tissues. protocol demolistrates tnetals at very low concentrations certain key tissues of winkles atid mussels. following procedural variables have been considered: the type fixation, photographic emulsion and its way application, developes.
