ABSTRACT
Key Points
TCRαβ+/CD19+-depleted haplo-HCT is associated with a reduced incidence of graft failure in patients with hemoglobinopathies. The major challenges of haplo-HCT in hemoglobinopathies are delayed immune reconstitution and associated morbidity and mortality.
