ABSTRACT
Out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients have a poor prognosis. Recent randomised controlled trials shown that moderate hypothermia improves neurologic outcome and survival in selected after [1]. Therapeutic is now recommended by the ALS Task Force of ILCOR incorporated American European resuscitation guidelines for postresuscitation care.
