ABSTRACT
Evolution of hemodynamic monitoring revealed many septic shock patients on high catecholamines without proper fluid loading before. The aim our study was to show that it is possible in quite a few cases reduce these agents by forced volume resuscitation combined with active reduction catecholamines.
