Scoring systems represent classification or point that have been designed for making quantitative statements regarding the severity of a disease, its course and prognosis [1]. These are based on physiologic abnormalities successful in measuring illness among critically ill patients [2]. The APACHE IV system has already validated our population at King Faisal Specialist Hospital Research Center [3], purpose this study is to evaluate performance subset with acute renal failure.
