ABSTRACT
This study aimed to investigate the effect of over-expressing circular RNA CEP128 (circCEP128) on cell functions and explore molecular mechanism which in bladder carcinoma. The differentially expressed circRNAs mRNAs carcinoma cells adjacent tissues were screened out using microarray analysis. Expression levels determined by qRT-PCR. SOX11 was detected western blot. Luciferase reporter assay pull-down used interactions between specific circRNA, miRNA mRNA. Cell cycle apoptosis measured flow cytometry after transfection. MTT also performed detect proliferation. In present study, circCEP128 observed significantly up-regulated cancer tissues, while expression miR-145-5p decreased samples compared normal samples. Cytoscape visualize circCEP128-miRNA-target gene based TargetScan interactome, revealed that served as a sponge indirectly regulated SOX11. Knockdown induced inhibition proliferation increased rate. CircCEP128 ceRNA for miR-145-5p, could up regulates further promotes inhibits cancer.
