Between- within-individual differences analysed with multi-level models 10xN = 1 regression analysis. Outdoor associated higher than indoor (p < 0.001). Performing leisure activities, outdoors not alone significantly predicted life (all p’s 0.05). Being more active while performing resulted experiences However, basic living (e.g. commuting or households) was inverted. Results provide meaningful indication for individual variance. The collected from participant allow identification differences. Daily their contexts do influence adults adults, although similar research larger population recommended. are accordance literature, indicating that method adopted (accelerometry combined sampling) provides reliable representation life. Identification can eventually be automatically performed mining techniques. Further could look at innovative approaches to promote Active Ageing using mobile technology life, by recommendation pleasurable thus likely increase become physically active.
