ABSTRACT
Drought stress tolerance for crop improvement is an important goal worldwide. a complex trait, and it vital to understand the physiological, biochemical, molecular mechanisms of drought tackle effectively. Osmotic adjustment, oxidative management (OSM), cell membrane stability (CMS) are major components cellular under stress. In current study, we explored basis OSM in tolerant rice variety, Nagina 22 compared with popular sensitive IR 64, imposed at reproductive stage, how parental polymorphisms correlate superiority bulk populations drought.
