The parasite Echinococcus canadensis (G7) (phylum Platyhelminthes, class Cestoda) is one of the causative agents echinococcosis. Echinococcosis a worldwide chronic zoonosis affecting humans as well domestic and wild mammals, which has been reported prioritized neglected disease by World Health Organisation. No genomic data, comparative analyses or efficient therapeutic diagnostic tools are available for this severe disease. information presented in study will help to understand peculiar biological characters design species-specific control tools. We sequenced, assembled annotated 115-Mb genome E. (G7).
