ABSTRACT
Livestock animals is of great significance in agricultural production. However, the role specific gene expression, especially alternative splicing determining phenotype, not well understood. The livestock research community needs a expression and database contributing to genetic improvement. We report construction LivestockExp ( https://bioinfo.njau.edu.cn/livestockExp ), web-based server for exploration using 43,710 uniformly processed RNA-seq samples from several relative species across six orders. equipped with basic querying functions multiple online analysis modules including differential/specific analysis, co-expression network cross-species conservation analysis. In addition re-analysis public datasets, users can upload personal datasets perform co-analysis datasets. also offers wide range visualization tools diverse links external databases enabling efficiently explore results gain additional insights.LivestockExp covers by far largest number animal provides valuable data resource platform convenient utilization
