We used exposure information on baseline questionnaire identify exposures of interest. Associations estimated hazard ratios 95% confidence intervals Cox models adjusted for confounders. After median 10.7 years follow-up, there 13,437 cases. BMI over 25 kg/m2, diabetes, past current smoking, red meat consumption, saturated fat cholesterol significant across ethnic/racial populations (p-trends < 0.01).
