ABSTRACT
Gastric cancer (GC) is one of the most common malignant tumors with a poor prognosis. Ferroptosis an distinct type non-apoptotic cell death that closely associated tumor Thus, we aimed to develop novel prognosis risk model based on ferroptosis-related lncRNAs and excavate diagnostic markers. In this study, eight were obtained for constructing in GC TCGA database. The patients high-risk group had worse survival than those low-risk group, risk-grouping could be used as independent prognostic factor OS. Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis demonstrated was superior traditional clinicopathological features predicting GSEA revealed these mainly involved adhesion, pathways, immune function regulation. key gene HAGLR signature up-regulated tissues cells. Function assays showed knockdown effectively inhibit cells proliferation migration, whereas silencing accelerated apoptosis ferroptosis process. conclusion, established including lncRNAs, which may improve predictive accuracy GC.
