ABSTRACT
The SARS-COV2 pandemic has been ongoing worldwide since at least 2 years. In severe cases, this infection triggers acute respiratory distress syndrome and quasi-systemic damage with a wide range of symptoms. Long-term physical psychological consequences are therefore naturally present among these patients. aim study was to describe the state health patients 6 (M6) 12 months (M12) after onset, compare quality-of-life (QOL) fatigue time-points.A prospective cohort set up Reims University Hospital. Patients were clinically assessed M6 M12. Three scores calculated patient's status: modified Medical Research Council score (mMRC) used determine dyspnoea state, Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) Short Form (SF12) that carried out QOL both mentally physically (MCS12 PCS12). Descriptive analysis comparison between M12 made.120 completed follow-up consultations. Overall, about 40% presented median mMRC 1 Interquartile ranges (IQR) = [0-2] two assessment.
