ABSTRACT
Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) and Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG) infections have increased globally. Asymptomatic represent a significant risk of long-term complications. Men who sex with men (MSM) are disproportionally affected, underscoring the need to offer screening programmes this population. CT/NG Point Care Testing (POCT) constitutes strategic tool improve continuum STI care, however extensive real-life evaluations amongst at populations lacking. The aim study is estimate GeneXpert assay performance usability for CT NG genital extragenital sites MSM.
