ABSTRACT
This study aimed to develop and evaluate a nomogram for predicting preterm birth in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP), view assisting clinical management intervention. retrospective observational included 257 pregnant women ICP from Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital between January 1, 2022 July 30, 2024. The routine laboratory information these were also collected. We used the least absolute shrinkage selection operator (LASSO) multivariable logistic regression analysis investigate association data patients. A was developed predict likelihood prediction accuracy model evaluated by consistency index (C-index), receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, area under curve (AUC), calibration curve. Decision (DCA) its applicability practice. Among patients, 56 (21.79%) diagnosed birth. Cases randomly divided into training set (154 cases) test (103 cases). based on height, twin (TP), gestational age at diagnosis (GA diagnosis), total bile acid level (TBA) diagnosis. close diagonal (C-index = 0.864), 0.835). These results indicate that has good consistency. AUC group 0.864 0.836, respectively, indicating model. DCA reveals this could be applied combination TBA level, TP, height GA is an effective identifying will help guide treatment ICP, thereby reducing maternal infant safety issues caused
