ABSTRACT
The recurrence of positive SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid test results in patients with COVID-19 is becoming more important and warrants attention.This study reports 2 cases, a child mild an adult female moderate COVID-19, who were discharged after three consecutive negative tests later readmitted to the hospital for positivity. By tracking patients' symptoms, serum antibodies, imaging manifestations readmission, we found that they showed trend gradual improvement recovery throughout treatment. They cured without additional treatment, appearance antibodies immune functions.It deemed extremely necessary improve discharge standard care. At same time, detection recommended increase dynamic monitoring imaging, strengthen management patients, appropriately extend home or centralized isolation time.
