The dermoid cyst considered a cystic teratoma derived from embryonic germinal epithelium is slow-growing benign tumour. Dermoid cysts may occur in the orbital and periorbital region paediatric patients are often recurrent. surgical approach depends upon site of lesion, superficial or deep. To our knowledge, this first described case patient with resection treated human amniotic membrane implant topical application 0.02% mitomycin C. A physical examination detected blepharospasm. Ophthalmic his RE, fingers count 1–2 m distance, showed no improvement pinhole. Visual was 20/20 on left (LE). bio-microscopic confirmed presence mass (15 mm × 12 mm) surface invading sector. had lobulated appearance, shiny vascularized covered by conjunctiva, pearlescent-pink colour, medium consistency, renitent painless. An ultrasound scan revealed atrophy pigmented retinal scleral indentation RE. computed tomography (CT) recurrent lesion consistent an epibulbar cyst. Surgical excision performed (HAM) graft C (MMC) were applied. Histopathological analysis diagnosis In report, we describe complete resection; MMC HAM good clinical outcome adhesion. Resection ocular not recommended when large tissue needs to be resected available.
