ABSTRACT
To investigate any associations between blood glucose (BG) and lipid levels in patients with different tolerance statuses, including type 2 diabetes (T2DM) impaired regulation (IGR) cases as well normal (NGT) individuals.A total of 354 participants were recruited to this study 174 the T2DM group, 112 IGR group 68 NGT group. We compared BG, insulin C-peptide (CP), cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) low-density (LDL-C) serum during a 3 h oral test (OGTT) groups.Basic overall HbA1c concentration percentages 5.52, 6.33 9.76% for NTG, cases. During OGTT, secretion was almost double that CP highest OGTT related BG concentrations followed by IGR, but hyperglycemia less pronounced than (P < 0.001). Compared TC, TG LDL-C significantly higher ≤ 0.001) HDL-C lower NTG group.IGR led similar unfavorable patterns an imbalance OGTT.
