In Taiwan, there is a good universal healthcare system to the patients; however, majority of Taiwanese seek complementary and alternative medicine when they are injured or ill. The traditional Chinese medicine, which branch prevalent in Taiwan. Without proper sequence maneuvers, either conventional might cause unexpected complications. We report case 76-year-old woman who was manipulated by bonesetter, leading bilateral anterior shoulder dislocations. To authors' best knowledge, this injury mechanism dislocations has not been reported literature.
