ABSTRACT
There is growing interest in the use of plants for treatment and prevention cancer. Medicinal are currently being evaluated as source promising anticancer agents. In this paper, we have investigated potential plant Allium wallichii, a native to Nepal at elevations 2300–4800 m. This first study its kind mentioned. The dried was extracted aqueous ethanol. Phytochemical screening, anti-microbial assay, anti-oxidant cytotoxicity assay flow-cytometric analysis were done analyzing different phytochemicals present, activity, activity anti-cancer properties wallichii. We observed presence steroids, terpenoids, flavonoids, reducing sugars glycosides extract showed moderate activity. IC50 values wallichii cancer cell lines 69.69 μg/ml Prostate (PC3) line, 55.29 Breast Cancer (MCF-7) line 46.51 cervical (HeLa) compared Doxorubicin (0.85 μg/ml). viability using FACS that IC50value Burkitt's lymphoma (B-Lymphoma) 3.817 ± 1.99 mg/ml. can be an important candidate used agent. Separation pure compounds with bioassay guided extraction, spectrometric subsequent bioactive from highly recommended crude itself cytotoxicity.
