Abstract Background Critical thinking disposition helps medical students and professionals overcome the effects of personal values beliefs when exercising clinical judgment. Methods A total 278 participated responded Cronbach’s α coefficient, internal consistency, test-retest reliability, floor ceiling were measured assess reliability questionnaire. Construct validity pre-specified three-domain structure evaluated by explanatory factor analysis (EFA) confirmatory (CFA). convergent discriminant also analyzed. Results alpha coefficient entire questionnaire calculated be 0.92, all domains showed acceptable consistency (0.81–0.86), indicated intra-class correlation coefficients (ICCs) (0.93, p < 0.01).
