ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Nurses are at the forefront of providing health care services and their performance is largely determinant quality care. This study aims to investigate associations between professional self-concept (PSC) WRQoL among nurses from selected hospitals in Bushehr Shiraz cities (south Iran), during period COVD-19 pandemic. Method designed as a cross-sectional study. Available sampling was performed active wards patients with Covid-19 public Shiraz. Data were collected using demographic information form, along work-related life questionnaires. SPSS software univariate multivariate linear regression statistical methods significance level 0.05 used analyze data. Results The mean scores PSC Scale respectively 202.32 ± 38.19 68.81 19.12. There also significant direct relationship WRQoL. together work location working experience could thus explain 34.6% variance WRQoL, which 26.5% for PSC. Conclusion Considering confirmation predictive role nurses’ terms planning designing interventions boost attention internal factors such utmost importance.
