Factors associated with sleep quality among nurse managers during regular prevention and control of the COVID-19 in China: a cross-sectional study

ABSTRACT
Nurse managers play a pivotal role in quality patient care and staff satisfaction retention. An overwhelming amount of work tasks responsibilities might result their sleep problems which are expected to aggravate the context COVID-19, thereby affecting overall health quality. However, little attention has been paid among nurse managers. This study aimed investigate prevalence disorders identify related factors during regular prevention control COVID-19 pandemic China.This cross-sectional online survey was conducted 14 hospitals on sample 327 China. Participants were invited complete general demographic questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). Multiple linear regression analysis used explore influencing managers.In this study, 43.7% suffered from disorders.
